University Scholarships
Each year, Club Las Amigas awards University Scholarships to students who wish to pursue higher education. This is a merit and needs-based scholarship that provides tuition, room, and board for four years. As of 2022, this scholarship has been awarded to over 200 deserving San Felipe students who have been able to attend and graduate college.

We can provide you with a receipt for your taxes.
Why do you ask for a 4-year commitment?
Our goal is to ensure that students are able to attend school through graduation. In our University Scholarship program, most college students complete their program in four years.
Where do students go to college?
Most of the students attend university in Mexicali or Ensenada. Some students attend a night school in San Felipe.
Do you pay the student or the school?
In our Univeristy Scholarship program, we require that students have their own bank account. We disperse $100 each month and students provide receipts for their tuition, as well as a copy of their grades each semester.
